"Outstanding Quality"
In recent months, I've picked up several items from Ivyline, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. A lot of their stuff is unique and hard to find elsewhere online. I haven't run into any problems with how the products look in the pictures; everything I've gotten matches what I saw and what I anticipated. While some of the things I've purchased are delicate, the packaging has consistently been superb, and their latest courier, APC, has done a fantastic job, so I've had no issues with damage. All in all, I'm really impressed.

"Not shopping with Ivyline again."
The service was terrible; it took way too long to send out my items. I waited over a week, only to discover that my order had been oversold. I reached out to them on Instagram before I found this out, but they were completely unhelpful and ignored my messages. Just steer clear.
